Online Safety

The internet (or world wide web) is an amazing place: you can be taken to many facts, places and opinions from all over the world. It is a place to be entertained and amazed with games, music and films. How lucky we all are!

However, you need to be aware that not everything on the internet is good news. You may not be able to believe everything you read, hear or see; also, a lot of people are not who they say they are. What seems like an innocent e-mail attachment, joke or friend request, could be the start of something negative you may not have anticipated.
