School Uniform
School uniform is compulsory and we expect all parents to support our strict uniform rules. We have high standards at Selborne and this includes uniform.
Our uniform supplier is Spangle Buds Uniform Outlet.
After careful consideration, our uniform supplier has taken the decision to close their shop, in June 2024. The increase in costs associated with running their shop will ultimately impact on the cost of our school uniform.
To ensure that uniform remains as affordable as possible, the Uniform Outlet has taken the decision to move to online ordering only. Parents/Carers will be able to choose to have their order delivered to their home for a small charge or to collect it when the uniform supplier visits Selborne twice monthly and there will be no delivery charge for this. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO FACILITY FOR UNIFORM TO BE DELIVERED TO THE SCHOOL OFFICE FOR COLLECTION.
We believe this will be more convenient for parents whilst keeping the cost of uniform affordable.
The uniform supplier will be visiting Selborne from 3pm on the following dates:
- 9th October 2024
- 23th October 2024
- 6th November 2024
- 20th November 2024
- 4th December 2024
- 18th December 2024
*** currently there is an issue with the uniform supplier's landline please contact them on 07403 360 836 between 2:30pm and 6:30pm Monday to Saturday

School Bags
- A reminder that all pupils in Reception, Y1 and Y2 need to bring a Selborne book bag to school.
- Pupils in Y3, Y4, Y5 and Y6 can bring the Selborne rucksack (which the school council designed) or a small plain, unbranded black or maroon rucksack.
- Colourful Smiggle type rucksacks are NOT permitted.
- We do not have space to store them in classrooms or on corridor pegs and they are unnecessary as pupils have very little to transport between home or school. They are also expensive and not in our school uniform policy.
